I said in a past post that I love the new Neil Young album.  Last night SNL did an outrageous skit on him.  It had me rolling.  Maybe it was the late hours, but I needed the laugh.  Kevinn Spacey did a great job.

I haven't gotten away in awhile.  Saturday we drove to Key West.  We had reservations for the boat to go to the Dry Tortugas.  I'd never been there, but I'd heard the snorkeling was fantastic and the fort  (and bird-watching) was neat.

Of course, we've have this dry spell, that I've actually loved, so I knew the weather would be perfect.

We arrived in Key West in the middle of Alberto:  Rain, gusts of wind, semi-cold air (due to being wet), high waves.  The boat trip was canceled.  I still haven't gotten to see the Dry Tortugas!!  One of these days...

On the upswing, Keywest was celebrating Pridefest.  We all got to watch the parade and that was a lot of fun, even in the rain.  Everyone was having a great time, and there was still a big turn out.
